Here’s how you can always have good times (even if you’re suffering)
Whether you like it or not, we will always face hard times!
Even if you are financially free… You might struggle in other aspects.
Even if you’re in a good position socially… You might be someone’s target.
Every. Single. One. Of. Us.
Somehow, I believe this is a GREAT way to live a fulfilled life.
In reality, it would’ve been unconventional to only have good times.
Not only because life would’ve been too easy and boring...
But also because we wouldn’t take pleasure in the good moments.
What we call good times will become ordinary, or even boring.
That’s precisely what 99% of people are missing out, and it slows their path.
While most people see hard times as something they should escape, I perceive them as a way to rapidly build mental strength.
It’s a game of patience and consistency; you’re tremendously winning in the long term and EVERY domain.
That’s why I’m super grateful for having had hard times; it emphasizes my good times.
Even when I’m at my lowest.
IMAGINE being that guy who can handle any given situation.
especially when feeling any emotions!
This mindset is only used by the TOP tier in this world, yet EVERYONE can use it and benefit from it.
What’s even better is that the difficulty decreases over time and ONLY gets easier.
What people call hard times becomes a child’s game for you.
I remember when I used to only hit my legs for 20 minutes because I couldn’t stand the pain.
Now, I find myself doing 2-3 hours of INTENSE leg day sessions without even struggling.
You can’t apply this method ONLY if you allow yourself to be weak.
Why would some people in war suffer, not be able to see their families, yet still smile?
