A few years ago I would’ve been offended by this…
But it’s only when life forced me to follow this path that I change my mind.
My father has did everything to make me weak,
He tried to wreck my life and steal my happiness.
Always Saying I’m a useless piece of sh*t, and become a slave.
I believed in his says,
Thinking that I will never change and probably k*ll myself one day.
Luckily, my parents divorced
But it was too late.
I ignored reality and pleasured myself as much as possible.
In a certain way, I was acting like him, like a coward.
his selfishness and weakness has truly affected my way of thinking
You don’t have to go that hard, otherwise you’ll be overwhelmed.
You don’t have to go that hard, otherwise you’ll be overwhelmed
This is NOT— how you become a real men
I know most of you think this way…
But that’s not your fault.
Everyone is weak, we live in a consuming society.
Most people were brought up in a joint family,
where they never stayed alone to manage their problems by themselves.
Your teachers probably have a sh*tty mental health
Telling you to be a good boy and trust the process…
But we both know how you’ll become at the end of the day.
As well as your friends who constantly drag you down.
Thinking that drugs, and the news happening now are “cool”.
That’s why I believe we need a leader that can easily lift us up and RAPIDLY.
A mentor to show us the right path for inner peace and mental strength.
Self improvement advice such as compound effect and small changes might be good take baby steps and guarantee a better mental health.
But the real mindset for inner peace and achieving enormous things has never been taught in any educational system
I made research and all the ones that are considered monsters and successful are using this method:
Mike Tyson
Muhammad Ali
Elon Musk
Khabib Nurmagomedov
Sun Tzu
Léo Major
And so forth
They have used a certain process to become who they are
They made difficult tasks look easy and not important
They respect themselves , follow their values
Their mental strength is extreme.
Here is what you can expect by being fully disciplined:
Be a figure for the ones you love
Nobody will ever scare you again, your aura will be spread all around.
An undefeated mindset, and doing what you truly enjoy
Being in pain will be normal, you will enjoy suffering
Your level of awareness will improve and see how everyone is a zombie
You won’t be an NPC anymore
You might get triggered when reading what’s next
thinking that “it’s too much” or “You’re not ready”
But no skills are needed to get out of your comfort zone.
All you need is to release that F*cking monster!
The big idea is to teach you what media and school has never taught you
Ignore progressively overloading!
We can wait 5 years to get good results…
but in reality we just extend the timeline,
CUT OFF YOUR BAD HABITS NOW
Track your habits, journal how does it feel,
I want you to suffer, try things you always have been scared of doing.
Start taking risks, don’t be repetitive.
Visualize your goals and future self.
We live in a world of competition,
only the strongest and wisest mentally take the big reward.
But don’t worry,
You’ll understand that after a few weeks of hard work.
“In war, prepare for peace; in peace, prepare for war.” – Sun Tzu
Last summer, I decided to prepare myself to be a monster
I was tired of being made fun of, be a piece of shit
In a certain way, I wanted to be like Baki.
He fully focused on himself to beat his dad
Not allowing himself to lose anymore,
0% Motivation/ 100% Discipline
We all have darkness and problems we want to release
But we have been settled barriers in school that doesn’t let us aware of that.
Let me be perfectly clear…
School never took me seriously when opening up about my suicidal thoughts.
Don’t count on others for you own happiness.
If you do so, your well being won’t last long.
I started sparring in my kickboxing session,
I was bleeding, getting hit in the face and wanted to give up.
But I knew that it was the price to pay in order to be better than everyone.
I found myself a mentor that teaches the fundamentals of life
A Muay Thai coach with decades of experience.
In our workouts, when tired I was laying down.
But whenever I was stopping an exercise he would hit me hard.
I wasn’t feeling my articulations.
But it was the fastest and most efficient way to strengthen mentally.
I also implement seasons of NO
I only focus on myself and give space to be alone.
Refusing to have fun and socialize less.
a lot of people think it hurts to say no to things,
but it does actually.
You feel like you are rejecting other people
When you see it on the other side feeling rejected sucks.
Trick your brain,
to make it understand that saying no to some things is actually a yes to the things that matter most.
Keep quiet, stop doing noises when suffering.
Your friends and lovely relationships will divide, but only keep high value people
Let your ego down, when getting stepped on. Think long run win, not validation
You will probably cry when things won’t be in your favor. But it’s fine, dump your thoughts and analyze the situation.
You will need to take opportunities in order to get out of comfort
“Opportunities multiply as they are seized.” - Sun Tzu
The snowball effect,
It can all start from choosing to think of a small win as an opportunity seized
You might become more cold hearted and less emotional (stoic)…
but this will make you ahead of the majority of people in your surrounding.
You will not only be stronger mentally,
but also enjoy living in the present without being distracted.
