We use it as a way to run away from the ACTUAL work.
Rather than reinforcing our commitment to the process.
In fact, it shouldn’t even take 1 hour a day.
While you spend your time being “productive”
Rich people, fighters, and most successful people you can name in history get the WORK DONE.
While 99.4% of people watch “ motivational video to make money and go gym”
the other 0.6% lift heavy *ss weight and make more money than anyone else.
Don’t always listen to those “magic routine” self improvement gurus try to sell you,
make sure the people you let control your mind will guide you in the right path.
HERE– is something that will actually help to get closer than anyone else to your goals
Write 3 main projects you should work on
Write 3 anti-vision (bad habits) you should cut off
Do the work (without checking your phone)
Make an analysis of you can increase the quality of work
Repeat!
SIMPLE!
